Formal dining room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished. All 3 guest rooms each has a twin size bed and a closet. In the past 3 years the guest rooms have been rented out to various professionals and fire academy students. We are tired of keeping two homes. It is not the right time to sell our house in today's real estate market, so we have decided to rent the house out. We are looking for a good family with a steady income, good credit, and references who will live on our property for at least a year. The rent is $1600 plus all of utilities. Security/cleaning deposit is $2000 and may not be used towards the last month rent. We have never had any pets in this house, however, would accept pets with a pet deposit.
