I am selling my daughter's dresser/changing table.

It is perfect for a small room. The top comes off and can be used as a dresser. It was an unfinished pine dresser that I pained white. It has wooden knobs that go to it. I had replaced the knobs with decorative knobs (that I no longer have).
It's in good condition but could use a fresh coat of paint due to the knots in the wood bleeding through.
It comes with a contour changing pad (a few crack in the plastic but still has life left).

I have LOTS of really CUTE, practically brand new (some still even have the tags!) name-brand girls clothes ranging from size newborn to 12 months. We have some sets of matching items, but mostly they are "coordinating" outfits (same outfit, just different colors, or the same color, just different styles, etc.) as we don�t dress are girls EXACTLY alike, although we do have some exactly matching outfits too, it that is what you prefer : )
Our girls were born the end of July, so we have newborn "summer" items, 0-3 month "summer/fall" clothes, a mix of "fall/winter" 3-6 month items, "winter/spring" 6-9 month items, and a few "spring/summer" 9-12 month items.
Have them priced individually at $2 per piece, 3 pieces for $5, or 7 pieces for $10 (which is less than $1.50 per piece� below even GARAGE SALE PRICES!!!), but would prefer to sell in "lots", which averages out to even less!. For anyone new to shopping for baby clothes, they are not cheap!!! I am offering them at MUCH more reasonable prices (LESS THAN HALF to 1/3 or even 1/4th!!!) than even in the used clothing stores! They are in EXCELLENT condition, as and we have enough clothes to outfit your girls ALMOST completely for the first 0-9 months : )
Here is a rough count of some of the �coordinating� items I have�
Newborn - 3 months:
4 sleeper sacks, 2 sleepers, 4 sleep gowns, 6 dresses (2 Adidas dresses have never been worn!), 2 jumpers (1 brand new with tags), 4 pants, 2 capri pants, 2 long sleeve onesies, 9 short-sleeve onesies, 2 bibs, 2 hats. $60 for all.
3-6 months:
2 WARM body suits, 2 sleepers, 2 sleeper gowns, 2 handmade sweaters, 1 overalls outfit and 1 jeans/sweater outfit, 2 long-sleeve shirt/pant outfits, 2 Whinnie the Pooh onesie/pant outfits, 4 long-sleeve shirts, 4 long-sleeve onesies (2 Nike, 2 Osh-Kosh), 3 onesies, 2 pair shorts. $60 for all.

I also have 2, 2-pack of the Carter's 2-in-1 head supports. Our girls used these a lot in the first couple of months. They normally retail for $15 each set (asking $6 each or $10 for both). PALI CHERRY SLEIGH CRIB and CHANGING TABLE (EAST SACRAMENTO) $225

This cherry sleigh crib with matching changing table was purchased at Goore's for $780.00 ($529.99 and $249.99, respectively) and is a top of the line Italian made Pali. They are both very sturdy and built to last. If you would like, you may have the mattress for free (it is very good quality orthopedic mattress, also from Goore's that we bought for $129.00 and it is in fair condition - -nothing gross, just a bit of wear and tear from a child who likes to JUMP). All comes from a non-smoking, clean home.

The crib has:

*innovative one hand drop-side

*no exposed hardware

*storage drawer has two compartments and a reinforced center with child proof "locking" mechanism

*nylon rollers on metal drawer slides for easy access

*height adjustment for mattress (so it can be moved as your child grows)

We were told that the crib can convert to a toddler bed, but we have never tried to do this so I'm not sure if that information was entirely accurate. This can probably be checked on the Pali website - -it is the "Paula" model.

The Changing Table has:

*waterproof changing pad
* two drawers with a child "locking" device, to make them easy for you to open but impossible for a small child
*two shelves for baskets, blankets, etc.

The crib will be partially disassembled and ready for pick-up (original assembly instructions included!).

Bounce House Rentals

We offer several different styles of inflatable bounce houses for rent. Styles include Spiderman, Ninja Turtles, Batman, Train, Spongebob, Tigger, Strawberry Shortcake, Hello Kitty, Princess Castle, Lilo and Stitch, Incredibles, basic funhouses, Winnie the Pooh, Happy Birthday, Patriotic theme and 2 different Dora styles. We also offer hot dog, sno cone and cotton candy machine rentals.

Most of our bounce houses measure 13 x 13 and are $95 on Saturdays and $85 on Sundays. The Incredibles house and one of the basic houses are 15' and rent for $110 on Saturdays and $95 on Sundays. Our prices are for the full day - from morning to night with no hour restrictions. The prices do not include a generator rental if you are having a party at a park. All houses have the safety ramps (some photos do not show ramps but the actual houses have them).

We also offer a waterslide for those warmer months. The rental price is $225 for all day.
