Many homebuyers feel overwhelmed and intimidated because of inconsistent information they receive. This course will provide all the necessary knowledge about the process of buying a home.

Many city downpayment assistance and special discount programs require a Certificate of Completion provided through a HUD-approved agency. HLCC meets all the requirements. You will be able to schedule an individual appointment with a housing counselor to discuss your plan of achieving home ownership.
