We'll go over the skills a woman needs to be able to ejaculate and the skills her partner needs to maker her ejaculate (it's usually a team effort). We'll also touch on preparation, clean-up, and the connection between female ejaculation and emotional intimacy. Live demonstrations will be given in each class and students will practice what they're seeing with their partner. After the class, students will have a chance to relax, get to know each other, and have even more fun!
Couples, women and men are all welcome to attend, but we can't guarantee that single students will have partners to practice with. We will do our best to ensure that everyone has a fun and informative session, though.

Flower Fiesta owner and designer Geri Ann Alviso will be the instructor for this beginner level flower arranging class on November 23rd. Both classes are identical. The evening class will begin promptly at 6:30pm. The morning class begins at 9AM. This class is provided for free, with a $60 fee to cover the cost of the flowers. Each paying student will be able to take their floral centerpiece home!

I guess boys will be boys. They love to pretend fight and they need an outlet for all their energy. But we were impressed at all of the mental discipline and respect he was learning at the same time (in addition to the physical exercise and improvement in coordination). Our two daughters were continuing in gymnastics and would come with us to watch our son’s class. In no time, they wanted to quit gymnastics and sign up for karate. So that’s what we did. Shortly thereafter, I told my wife that I thought I’d like to give it a try. So we signed me up. A few weeks later my wife signed up. So now all five of us are studying karate as a family and we absolutely love it!

Join us for wild, adventurous fun as we move through the
traditional Ashtanga practice. Sun salutations, standing poses,twists, inversions, backbends -- all floating from
pose to pose with vinyasas timed to the rhythm of the breath. Challenges, sweat,
euphoria, relaxation. It's a practice that develops over time. Start where you are this week and
feel free to cheat, skip things, come out of poses early. It's a mixed level
group and we all start by doing preparatory versions of the more challenging
poses in the series and deepening the practice over time.
The practice
itself produces the necessary flexibility and strength to proceed more deeply.
Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.
This is a led class where we talk you through a traditional series of
poses with pointers on alignment, reminders to breathe and discussion about
modifications. We give lots of hands-on lots of adjustments to encourage you in
the right directions while you're in the poses.
We do the full Ashtanga First Series, [also known as the Ashtanga Primary Series] every Friday except the second Friday every month, when it's the Ashtanga Second Series [also known as the Intermediate Series].
The Second Series class starts and ends just like a First Series practice with sun salutations and standing poses at the beginning, a traditional finishing sequence at the end. The Power Yoga style borrows a lot

arm balances, backbends and inverted poses.
You don't have to have any skills at
any of this to start. We build the strength and flexibility gradually. Power Yoga practice is particularly good at developing upper body strength -- neglected in many styles of yoga. And we
have fun with the practice. We work hard but try not to take it too seriously.
Unlike the Ashtanga system, these classes do
not rely on a specific series order to the poses -- every week we work on a different mix of challenging poses drawn from the Ashtanga first thrrough Fourth Series. 5Rhythms Dance:
Put body and spirit in motion with free form dancing to waves of awesome DJ-ed music. Feel the joy of full surrender and release as you dance the 5Rhythms, the practice of Gabrielle Roth. The hour includes music with instruction. Find your flow, your staccato edge, release in chaos, feel your delivery to lyrical and then fall naturally into stillness. Sessions are held in meditative silence. Participation of successive weeks will build your practice skills but each class stands alone - attend when you can. This is a class that dances, not "just a dance." Please arrive on time for each session and stay through for completion
