Windows of Hope Counseling Center is a non-profit counseling agency with locations in Roseville and Sacramento. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling on a sliding fee scale that starts at $30 per session. We welcome individuals of all cultures, religious preferences, and sexual orientations and provide a safe, comfortable environment. We also offer evening and weekend appointments.
I am one of several counselors at Window of Hope who specialize in relationship therapy for couples and individuals, particularly when they are in need of healing/growing and or learning/working in the following areas:
-Damaging conflict patterns
-Residual negative effects/patterns from prior emotional injuries or trauma
-Pre-marital counseling
-Step parenting and blending families
-Substance abuse recovery of one or both partners
-Depression and its impact on couples and families
-Establishing boundaries for a trial separation
-Divorce and co-parenting
-Affairs and the post-affair relationship recovery process
My focus is on helping couples and individuals learn how to overcome entrenched negative patterns so that they can achieve the harmony and happiness that they long for in their relationship and in themselves.
Inside all of us is an innate ability to restore harmony and balance in our lives and grow in ways we may have never thought possible. Sometimes we just need a little guidance and insight to lead us to our own strengths and abilities.
