 Education/Registration/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design required

• 8+ years of interior design experience required

• 6 years of representative experience must be in healthcare market sector. This is required for this role.

• AutoCAD or Microstation experience required

• Working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Provides key decision making and direction for project team. Responsible for project direction in support of client expectations.

• Directs and mentors less experienced staff; participates in human resources issues such as staff performance reviews and conflict resolution.

• Participates in firm-wide focus groups and develops materials suitable for inclusion in improvement processes and training.

• Develops project management tools in collaboration with Studio Leaders.

• Responsible for review of project budget reports and client/consultant invoices.

• Responsible for managing team resources. Advises Studio Leader of resource and schedule needs.

• Develops proposals with assistance of Studio Leader. Participates in client interviews and development of marketing efforts.

• Manages adherence to office standards of design, quality control, and production.

• Reviews and assures document accuracy for clients, consultants, and project team.

• Responsible for QA/QC processes. Evaluates and ensures intent of recommendations are implemented.
