If you bring a high energy approach to managing multiple projects and teams to exceed customer expectations, this position offers you the opportunity to make an impact at a company that is still in ramp up mode but has already established a strong track record. While you will come on board for a specific project, we have a robust pipeline of projects to keep strong performers challenged for years to come. While you will spend some time in the field, your overnight travel will be minimal.
Right off the bat you will oversee several Project Managers coordinating the preparation of cell sites (antennas, base stations, etc) for transition from T1 copper to fiber optic connections throughout Northern California. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant experience managing multiple projects and teams side by side, ideally with projects in wireless civil works. We're looking for a strong leader with outstanding problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with demanding customers. The ideal candidate will be able not only to identify and respond to issues, but also to anticipate them.
