The apartment is a 3 bedroom two bathroom town house in west Davis just minutes from Hwy 113, down the street from k and D bus lines, and a 12 minute bike ride to campus. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The room that is available is one of the upstairs rooms. It is the biggest room in the apartment and you would have your own vanity area and sink. It can be furnished if you would like. There are two other people living in the apartment(both females and students). One of the current roommates has a cat who is 11yrs old and very well behaved and he really doesn't go upstairs. The apartment has a sun room, wood stove, and a back patio. Each bedroom is equipped with its own wall air conditioner and Ceiling fan. The complex also has a garden area if you like to garden. There is also a hot tub and swimming pool right outside of the apartment and laundry room just one apartment away.

We have been here for a while and we love it. I would like you to keep in mind concerning the pictures that they were taken when we came to live here in Sept. 2006. Since then, the apartment has been completely remodeled. There is new carpet in the living room and all the bedrooms. In the kitchen there is all brand new appliances, counter tops, and sinks.
