Female's only need reply because I'm a late 50's male and I've always found that to be a better balance. Changing my sex or age would be a little awkward at this late stage of the game, so, if you're challenged in either of those areas: snap out it and get over it ! ; (kidding;) But definitely, let's not waste each others' time ;

It'd be nice if you had an extra room for an office and hopefully that'd be included with the $600.00. A garage for my 35 MPG car would be cool too. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs and I don't have any pets and I wouldn't have any sleep-overs. I'm a really responsible and considerate person and the rent would always be paid on the 1st.
