On a long shot, I'm posting to see if anyone has a spare room for rent...month to month...long term...or if they'd like to supplement their income with a 'room sharing' arrangement.
The room would be used during the weekday only, discreetly, for a few hours...two horned up guys with some much-needed privacy...so you need to be cool with that.
An understanding gay/bi guy...?
We're both totally clean, responsible, sane guys...totally respectful of property and belongings.

If you have a nice house, clean and well kept, and have a spare room, or want to share yours, with the desire for some supplemental income with little hassle and no real intrusion, this might be a nice connection!

We won't be spending the night...cooking dinners...having parties or guests...we just need a place to hang/chill 1:1 and relax, on occasion, as our schedules allow.
Weekdays only...not even around on the weekends. What a perfect roommate...! Almost invisible.
The frequency may only be 1 time per month - seriously - or 4 time per month. It's tough to say.
