Small law firm is looking for legal assistant/paralegal who possesses practical experience processing chapter 13 cases in the Eastern District of California.
You MUST have at least 1 years worth of experience preparing chapter 13 plans and motions to value collateral. You also MUST be very familiar
with the general order and local rules of court and dealing with the UST office.
