A prominent bankruptcy firm is seeking to add an attorney to it's Sacramento office. Spanish-Speaking is required for this position. The firm has a long-standing and growing practice, maintaining offices throughout Northern California and Nevada while focusing exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law.

All applicants must be currently licensed with the California State Bar and in good standing. Only those applicants fluent in Spanish will be considered. Bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required. The new attorney will be responsible for client intake, drafting and preparing bankruptcy petitions and motions, court appearances and case management. The new attorney must also possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude and emphasizing client relations.

Salary is negotiable depending upon experience. Medical and dental benefits are available.
