The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience representing consumers in lending practices litigation, including consumer complaints against mortgage brokers/lenders alleging violations of federal consumer protection statutes, such as the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), and/or the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
This person will work out of a home office.
