A growing Plaintiff firm in Sacramento is looking for a full-time Attorney with 3-6 years experience in both state and federal court. This firm is made up of four attorneys and two paralegals and is involved in personal injury, malpractice, nursing home abuse, employment, wage and hour, and class-action cases for plaintiffs. The firm is looking for an experienced, detail oriented, proactive, hard working associate. The applicant would be responsible for handling all phases of litigation. The applicant must have excellent research, writing and litigation skills, be efficient, and possess a positive attitude. The applicant will be responsible for handling a variety of cases from pre-litigation through trial and should work well both autonomously and in a team environment.
