The Job Details:
The Ad Services Specialist provides a high level of administrative and technical support to the entire sales team and acts as the primary liason between the Sales and Design departments. Responsiblities include advertising work flow, quality control, sales reporting, problem-solving and a high level of internal and external cutomer support. Pay is $13-15/hour (depending on experience), with benefits (health, dental, vision) after 90 days, plus Paid-Time-Off and 401(k).
Requirements:
* Experience in media or advertising preferred
* Solid technical skills. Must be proficient in Word and Excel or similar software. Must be able to learn proprietary and other software as required
* Strong attention to detail, organized, and deadline-driven
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Must be effective at problem-solving and developing solutions that meet competing priorities
* Must be flexible. Additional hours may be required
