We are looking for a Case Manager with a Servants Heart to fill a position immediately . If you have always wanted a position in leadership in which you help others, we would be glad to bring you in for an interview. The job requires you to meet several deadlines daily. You will be assigned approximately 18 core clients whom you will assess and determine what type of help they need, ranging from mental to legal help. You will monitor and mentor the clients. You will help clients to meet deadlines, and continually assess their case to include visiting them in jail if needed. You will contact them weekly to check on their progress, and to determine if they need additional services or help. This is not your typical 9 to 5 position. This means that you are required to manage your time, so that all your work for the day is completed before you leave the office. Because of our compassion for the clients, we do not spend the day watching the clock waiting to leave. We enjoy helping others and we manage our time to meet our commitment to our clients. You clients will need help with everything ranging from Child Visitation, to help with criminal issues. The position requires some knowledge of Family Law, and the ability to rise to the occasion in high pressure situations. If you are simply looking for a job to pay the bills, this isn't the right position for you. We deal with people who come to us for help when they have been turned away everywhere else. We are looking for compassionate leaders. You must be able to pass a VERY detailed local, state and federal background check that reveals all criminal activities such as DUIs, Drug convictions/arrests, child abuse etc.
