Employment Training Specialist

The Employment Training Specialist is responsible for:



1. Coordinating and providing systematic instruction and positive behavior management strategies.



2. Developing adaptations.



3. Providing support services not available within the consumers’ natural environment.



4. Facilitating the integration of consumers with developmental disabilities in natural and preferred environments



Requirements: B.A. and experience helpful but not required. A valid California Drivers License is required as well as at least minimum California auto insurance coverage and you must be CPR and First Aid Certified.
This is a full-time M-F position.
Compensation: $12.25 to $13.00 p/h
