BCFS is presently accepting applications for DIRECT CARE (YOUTH WORKER) positions with our International Childrens Services in Fairfield, CA, serving at-risk youth in a residential community setting.
Direct Care staff manage the behavior of youth in our care through approved treatment methods that meet state licensing standards and BCFS policies and procedures. Staff serve as
positive role models to our residents, provide crisis intervention, facilitate recreational activities and render first aid when necessary.
Positions are full-time. Applicants should have a high school diploma and experience in law enforcement or working with juvenile delinquents.
