Administrative Assistant, Part-Time (Sacramento)
Duties will include, but not be limited to: preparing reports, answering calls from members, assisting professional staff in day-to-day activities, and special projects as assigned. Position involves a great deal of data input, Excel spreadsheet management, recording minutes at meetings, and financial summaries.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional clerical and administrative skills, be adept in their expertise of MS Office Suite to include, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook applications. Must have excellent communications skills and a positive out-going personality.
