We would prefer to find applicants with BPO or Appraisal experience.
We desire a licensed Real Estate agent at this time.
Position includes:
Property Preservation/Property Management of REO properties. (Secure the property, negotiate with tenants, clean up and prepare for sale, Obtain multiple bids, manage maintenance and repairs)
Transaction Coordination/File Management/File Processing
Coordinating and tracking of records/offers/transactions

Strong computer skills are essential.
Prior experience with Transaction Coordination/processing (mortgage or real estate) is desired, but not required.
