2 rooms for rent in Lincoln Crossing in Lincoln, CA. Our home is a two-story 4br 2.5 half bath in a Cul-de-sac in Lincoln Crossing. We are located about 15 mins from the galleria mall.
Features:
We have a 12x12 and a 12x14 unfurnished rooms. There is carpet in the rooms and they both get very nice afternoon light(no bright sunrise). Neither of these rooms have a private bathroom but you will have it all to yourself until the other room is rented out. You will have access to backward, kitchen, washer. and dryer. Access to Club Lincoln is included(work out room, 2 pools, game room).
We also have high-speed internet available through our HOA.
Rent would be $450 plus ½ months rent for deposit. You would also pay 10% of the utilities (water, garbage, and electricity). We have DirecTv service in our house. If you would like it in your room we ask for 10% of the bill and the $4.99/mo charge of leasing a receiver from the company.
