House is a duplex, really close to campus, save mart, g/j/p/q/42ab bus lines, safeway, greenbelts, and more. Has nice yard, two bathrooms, fireplace, garbage and water included in rent. internet and cable is 25/month per person, pg and e usually no higher than 30/month per person.
