Looking for a roomate to share apt, great quite location less than a mile from I-80 off riverside. Nice rooom with window overlooking a meadow, sweet kitchen, and awesome roomates(2 males). Apartment is furnished with couches, tv, and all that good stuff. Also a bed can be provided if needed, and unit has washer and dryer so no trips to a laundry mat =). You will be asked to split 1/3 of utilities, runs about $40 a month per person. Small shared on-site storager space available, and room is ready to be occupied. $125 deposit required, available for month to month or 6 month lease.
