We will have a room available to rent June 1st!! Rent will be $500 per month plus 1/3 of utilities. This will include: your own private bathroom, parking in the driveway, access to kitchen and living space, cable tv, high speed internet, etc.
Our house is located in West Sacramento, in a great neighborhood. We are minutes to downtown, CSUS and UCD!!
We are a hardworking couple, and ask that you are respectful of our house, and pick up after yourself. We are very easy-going and laid-back. WE like to be socialable, but respect private space, as we enjoy our own.
