This is a less than 1 yr (The Sierra Lofts) old 2 master BR each with it's own full bath and a half bath downstairs. You can find it on any rental website for pics. It's a small gated community with all amenities including washer/dryer in the loft. Two stories with BR on 2nd floor. This is a beautiful place that is walking distance to 24 hr fitness and shopping. I am a 25 year old male master's student and work full time at Kaiser hospital. I am meticulously clean and hold a quiet household. I'm asking $675+half utilites (utilites + cable tv and internet). The room will be available in July when my roommate moves out.
Here are my criteria:
-Would prefer a female roommate since they are generally cleaner than guys, but I'm not ruling out males
-Must be clean and quiet
-If you are a student, then you must also hold a job
-non smoker (no exception)
-no pets
