*We host students from around the world, mostly Italy, Japan, and Sweden. We are culturally diverse and open-minded. Pretty chill environment, mostly never home. Rooms available now, furnished or not.
*All rooms are different and include utilities, cable, internet, and house privileges. House has a large kitchen, laundry facility, and plenty of small item storage. Soon to have many gardens and patios surrounding the property.
*We are located minutes from downtown, but without the noise, traffic, pollution, and crime. Walking is not a problem, and the transit is convenient. Plenty of street parking as well. We sometimes host dinner parties for all tenants, and share our destinations for entertainment as well. Be it 2nd Saturday downtown, a coffeehouse, SF, or even Tahoe, we enjoy each other's company.
*We are an alcohol and drug abusing free household. We respect privacy, possessions, and boundaries. Meaning we party elsewhere and leave our drama on the curb.
