We have a spacious 15'x 11' room for rent with a shared bathroom, in our 4bed/2bath house. Rent is $400/month and you would be responsible for a $350 deposit, plus 1/4 utilities. Our house is located less than 2 miles from Sac City College, about 4.5 miles from Sacramento State, and has easy freeway access. We have a large backyard as well as an over sized garage and 1/4 basement if you need extra storage, we can probably work something out. Your housemates are 3 young professionals, two 31-year old guys, and I am a 27-year old female. We also have a pool table, high speed internet access, and cable which you are welcome to use.
