The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, with a washer and dryer, heating/ac, 2 car garage, separate storage closet, backyard, fully furnished except for the bedroom(s), yard service, and access to the stone gate country club. The country club has 2 swimming pools, a basket ball court, 6 tennis courts, a fitness center, a lake, and foozeball, ping pong, and pool tables. The house is about a 10-15 minute bike ride from campus, and about a 15-20 minute bike ride from downtown. Email with any inquiries and/or questions.
