I will be needing a roommate, hopefully by the 1st of this coming month.
You will be sharing a 1000 sq ft 3 bedroom house in curtis park next
to light rail and Taylor's Butcher Shop. It is undecided as of yet on which room will be available, but chances are good that it will be the biggest one in the f***ing house. Rent will be 400 plus utilities.
Smokers-drinkers are actually prefered. I'm not a party dude anymore, so I'm not looking for people with drunk-o's over everynight. I might throw you and/or them out. I would prefer to have someone bicycle friendly and at least have a sense of humor. Well kept and responsible, but knows that life is not serious %90 of the time. Most importantly, you must have a solid foot on the ground.
I dont like drama and I keep my life simple.
