I am looking for a Gay male/Student to rent a room from me in the house that I am renting. I am looking for someone quiet/professional/mature, and not into parting. I am not saying you can’t have a few people over from time to time.
I am renting a two bedroom home in the Tahoe park area. The house is remodeled and has tile flooring except in the bedrooms. It has an indoor laundry room. The room you would be renting has a ceiling fan and we also have central heating and air. The closets have selves so you can organize your things. The neighborhood is quite and also there is plenty of parking. The house is centrally located in walking distance to UCD MED CENTER or light rail and bus stops. There is plenty of space in the back yard and it has a spa/deck and outdoor fire place. There is only one bathroom but the shower is made of wood, it looks like a sauna. The person who rents the house will have full run of the house as I want them to feel at home and not confined to a room. In other words even though you are renting the room you have access to the stove fridge etc. Move in date would be May 1st or 5th, 2008 take your choice. Rent would be due on the 5th of every month and rent would be paid directly to me. This would be month to month lease and 30 day notice must be given if you wanted to move. There is currently someone occupying the room but I still would be able to show it and get a chance to meet you and sit down and see if could live together.
Just a little about me I am a professional. I have lived in the house for almost 4 years now and I love it. The landlord and I are good friends and I am looking for someone to help take care of the property like myself. I am clean and pretty much stay to myself. Although I do like to have friends over on occasions for a little get together, whether we are cooking or sipping on wine and chatting. If you want to join in please do!
