I've got a house that I'm trying to fill with 1 more responsible guy or girl. I’ve successfully lived with both. It's ~4 miles from CSUS and 6-7 miles from UC Davis Medical Center. It's a 1300 sq ft house that backs up to the American River. The back gate opens directly to the bike trail. Float down the river and get out right here at home! The steelhead, striper, and shad runs should be great if you like fishing.

The house has three rooms. I’m in one. I’ve got a roommate in one. The third is available September 1 or earlier. The room is ~ 10' x 11'. There is one full bathroom for the two roommates to share. The bedrooms are unfurnished. There is also some storage space in the garage, living spaces, and hallway closets.
My current roommate is a female that has just completed a medical caregiver program and is searching for a job in the area.
I'm a single, non-smoking guy working full time. I've just earned my graduate degree on the East coast and moved here for a job. I do work long hours sometimes and try to relax with some TV in the evenings. I hope the summer will motivate me to get back in shape, which will keep me out of the house. I'm easy to get along with. My demands for a roommate seem like common sense to me...
- If you make a mess, clean it up in a reasonable (rather quick) time. This includes stuff such as food, coats, mail, etc.
- You are responsible for your guests and any of their actions.
- My room is mine, your room is yours, and the rest of the house is fair game.
- Utilities are split evenly among residents.
I’m sorry, but no pets. I’m trying to keep the place nice and allergy free. A one year commitment is what I’m looking for at $500/mo each.
