Hi, I have a 3bd/ 2ba house and only want to rent out one room. You would get the guest bathroom across the hall from the room. I think the room is around 12 X 12 feet. The third bedroom would stay empty and a space we could share for a desk or something. Water, sewer, garbage, & gardener are included in the rent. I won't have a gardener until someone moves in though. The deposit will be $500. The room won't be available until June 1st.
