We are looking for a roommate to rent out a 12x12 room in our 3br/1ba house in Citrus Heights off Antelope & I-80.
House is furnished throughout (except spare room)
We currently have internet and cable TV.
No house phone, you will need a cell phone.
We have only a few simple rules.
1) Must be drug free, no exceptions.
4) Must pay rent/utilities on time, no exceptions. (Utilities avg $75-100/mo)
3) No cats, there are plenty of "free-range" ones outside if you must pet one.
4) Must participate in upkeep of home. (not asking you to clean up after us, but you should at least keep the house as clean as you found it.)
