i have a apt that I'm renting right now and I'm looking for a roommate, I'm pretty cool lay back women thats in her early 30s, work full time and i have a daughter, who i share with my ex.
newly re molded apt is above a market place and it has 10 foot height sealing, with crown molding , the apt has got to be at least 1200 to 1300sq feet, i can say the apt has a lot of quirks and charm that a OLD classic building such as that has, the building is very secure from anyone getting in, and right now the next door apt is being renovated so there is no one but us in the building, has dish washer, washer and dryer, red wood floor, tile.the apt is 3bed and 1 bathroom The room is about 12x12 with a window and big personal closet, the 600, is including electric and water, as well as cable now i have no internet, but if you want to get it installed I'm totally cool with that
