Spacious master bedroom, with adjoining bathroom, available for rent. My roommate needs to move back home for medical reasons, and needs her spot filled ASAP. The condo is very quiet and is fully furnished with the necessities; also, the apartment comes with washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, working fireplace, patio and garden, and two awesome roommates! =D
The price of $415.50 covers rent plus sewer & trash. The deposit is $365. The only utility we have now is SMUD, but we will most likely be adding comcast tv and cable in June. Background and Credit checks will be performed by landlords. Also, co-signer preferred for those with little or no credit.
