we've got a fun little cabin up in Truckee off of Northwoods Blvd. this situates you close to pretty much all of the north lake ski areas (equidistant to squaw and northstar)

fun group of young adults (25-40, women and men) from the bay area, mostly snowboarders but a couple of skiiers. lookin for 1 or possible 2 more people to join us.

the place has a hot tub and a lot of character. lots of little private nooks to hide away in. stays quite warm with a wood stove in the nice big open den. there is also a big suite that is separate from the main space that has its own queen bed, couch, wood stove, sink, fridge and bathroom etc.

House is on the side of a hill with beautiful views in all directions. Great setting overlooking 8 acres of the most beautiful scenery that you could ever want. The house is large and roomy with a wood burning stove and a Fireplace available. The kitchen has all the major appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

One room is rented to a gentleman that is rarely home. He stays down in Sac during the work week and only comes home a few times a week sometimes less.

There is plenty of parking available on the property for several vehicles if needed. The property is fenced with a paved driveway for easy access.

The house has a pool table/laundry room downstairs with a little bit of extra storage if needed. The house has deep pile carpet throughout except the kitchen and bathrooms.

One room measures about 11 foot by 12 foot. The other room measures somewhere in the range of 11 foot by 15 foot.

Electric bill and TV service is our only utility to share. The house has a water well, and it uses no gas. Trash is normally taken when people leave and dropped off at their business dumpster. There is no trash pick up out in front of the house.

Deposits and the amounts can be worked out over a period of time.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but have large outside decking with ash trays, chairs and tables. No pets are currently on the property now, any considerations would have to be discussed.

Must be friendly, respectful, neat and clean, especially in the commonly shared areas.

NOTE: Please no "out of country" or out of the area people. I have heard of scams like that, and don't want any part of it. If you cannot call about the ad and see the place 'in person', then there is no need to email a response. I prefer to talk to people that are interested in the rental, not constant back and forth emails answering questions and wanting to deal with a 'cashiers check'.
