Rent a room in a cute house in North Natomas. The house is a 3 bd/2.5 bath two-story located on a quiet court. There is a full kitchen with hardwood floors, a loft upstairs, and an office work area. The available room (approx. 8x12) is in the corner of the house upstairs with windows on two sides, allowing lots of natural light to come in. There is also a lot of storage space if needed.

The neighborhood itself is quiet with in a great location: easy access to I-5, Hwy 80, and Hwy 99. The house is about 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, and as with everything in Sacramento, 1.5 hours from SF, Tahoe, etc.

I have an average to larger size room open and availabel for move in. Move in is first month's rent (which can be pro-rated) and $450 deposit.

There will be three of us in the house plus you. I'm 26 and male, my two roommates are 22 and 31, female and male (they both act about 25). I would definitely prefer someone in that age range. I have a dog, she's friendly and housebroken. The dog will also be moving away with some family in early June.

We are friendly and open people- One of us is gay, we're 420 and booze friendly but we're not alcoholics or addicts. We're responsible people. You need to be too and also be able to clean up after yourself.

Rent covers the room, full house and kitchen access, use of my washer and dryer, and wireless internet.

We're close to Sac state, light rail, and the best burritos in Sacramento.
