Environmental laboratory located in greater Sacramento area seeks dynamic personality to join our team as an Account Manager.
The primary objective of this position is to develop and maintain the lifetime relationship of each customer. The Account Manager is the key contact for each customer assigned to him/her and as such, coordinates and responds to all customer requests for new lab work, project status, reports and inquiries regarding billing and other customer/lab issues.
This is an exempt position and may require more than 40 hours per week.
For consideration for the position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
• B.A. or B.S. from a four-year college or university with a degree in the sciences preferred
• Knowledge of environmental test methods preferred.
• Minimum of at least one year of analytical laboratory experience as a chemist, analyst, or equivalent position is required.
• Experience with direct client contact and project management.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
