Job Summary: Responsible for patrolling multiple client properites in multiple cities around the Sacramento Area.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Those basic duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned. Here is the minimum list:
1. Maintenace reports ie: light outs, broken sprinkler heads and any other damages to the property.
2. Call in all information reported at each property and be able to communicate with the dispatcher.
3. Respond to resident calls and or client calls. This includes noise disturbances, vehicle break-ins, vandalizm and anything else unusual.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representation of the knowledgeable, skills, and experience required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled people.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Prior security industry experience preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of patrol driving experince preferred but not required. Experience in position desirable.
• Must maintain valid California BSIS license(s), pass background checks, maintain California driver's license, and pass all safety tests. Must write effective and concise reports, investigation documents, counseling and the use of office technology.
• Must be able to work 9:00pm -6:00am, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate ability to be customer service oriented, with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and resolve situations before they escalate. Must be able to stay focused, takes initiative, and meet deadlines with good judgment.
• Must be able to be detail oriented in regards to verbal communication and report writing.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach with both arms, sit, see, hear and may drive a vehicle. Occassionally may require running, climbing ladders, or lifting up to 25 pounds. Must able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using English.
• Must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound reasoning and judgement, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Must be able to focus and multi-tak in a busy environment, with the ability to stay calm under stress.

Take the first step by taking the required Powers of Arrest and Weapons of Mass Destruction (POA/WMD) 8-hour training class. The State of California’s Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) requires every Security Guard/Patrolperson to be licensed before being allowed to work as a Security Guard/Patrolperson.
All Phase Security PPO 15124 (http://www.allphasesecurity.com) applications will be accepted for possible employment consideration at the completion of training.
All Phase Security Training Academy offers the mandated BSIS Training you need to obtain your Security Guard/Patrolperson Card. All courses are taught by professional instructors who were former or retired Police Officers. We offer the required 8-hour training class every Tuesday and some Wednesdays in West Sacramento. After the completion of the training BSIS will take approximately 7 to 10 days to process your license application.
Here at the All Phase Training Academy all the paperwork, fingerprinting, and Security Guard/Patrolperson application are completed here. You don’t have to take the class here, go to another location to take fingerprints, and then to BSIS to turn in your application like most other places have you do. Once you complete our training course you have nothing more to do to obtain your Security Guard card because we do it for you on-line.
The total fees for the training is $210.00
BREAKDOWN:
$88.00 for the course, $51.00 for the fingerprint background investigation conducted by the FBI and DOJ, $20.00 to have your fingerprints rolled (LiveScan), and $51.00 to file on-line to BSIS for your Security Guard Card.
All Phase Training Academy also offers other training courses including AB2280, Firearms Instruction, OC/Baton, Handcuffing, and First Aid/CPR/AED. See schedule below.
