Online Dating and Webcam Community company seeks an advanced Web Developer. Candidate must have experience developing web applications using PHP and MySQL in a Linux Environment.
We are looking for someone with the skills and desire to help our company grow! You must have at least a year of practical experience with PHP and the ability to code in an organized and efficient manner!
Job Responsibilities:
- Help plan and develop new software
- Assist in complete database design (structure, indexing and queries)
- Ongoing enhancement of our current websites and software
- Minimal system administration (repairing corrupted tables, restarting services, etc.)
Qualifications Required:
- Excellent PHP/MySQL skills
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Ability to write HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Special attention to security issues (code and system security)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the concepts of OOP
- Clean and organized code must be second-nature
Additional Qualifications Desired:
- Experience programming Flash / ActionScript
- Experience with AJAX, XML, RSS, Smarty Templates
- Ability to program in ActionScript, PERL, C++, Java
- Experience developing applications for mobile phones
