Room available for sublet from the end of April to the end of August (April 23rd-August 31). If you are interested in subleasing for a portion of this, that is fine--though priority will be given to those interested in the longest duration)
Apartment Unit Details:
- 2 Bedrooms (1 available for sublet), with a communal living room, kitchen, and dining area.
- In a 17 unit apt complex with a Laundry room, and free wireless internet.
- A parking spot that fits two cars (you can get a W permit too--which works all along A st and University st, for $12)
- Housemate is very laid-back - friendly and interpersonal - and respectful concerning noise, friends, etc.
- The Complex borders the East border of the UCD Campus and the West border of Downtown Davis (perfect for those attending summer school and also want to be close to the downtown area)
As for my room available for sublease:
- 14 ft x 11 ft (Not including closet and bathroom)
- Room is equipped with a built-in desk, drawers, and private bathroom (toilet, bathtub, and sink area)
- Also has a walk-in closet

I'm pretty firm on $710/month (since that's what I currently pay), which I think is very fair since future tenants next year will have to pay considerably more.
