We want to reduce the rent from $1025 to $600/month.

1) We will leave all of the furniture you. We have a queen matress
(w/boxspring, metal frame), a full size matress, a computer desk
(w/chair), a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, ...
2) We will pay $300 security deposit for you. It means you don't need
to clean the apartment as you leave. Of course, if you keep the apartment
clean then you can get most of the deposit money as you leave.
3) I will leave high speed internet cable for you. You will be able access high speed internet right away at the time you move in.
