Looking for someone to sublet my room from June 16th through August 31st for $519/mo. Have your OWN room and full bath in a two bedroom, two bath apartment. The apartment is shared with a wonderful, pre-vet student, one Beagle, and one cat. The apartment complex is very pet friendly with a park a short walk away and a small doggy play area on the premises. We are looking for a nonsmoker and preferably a female student and, with a small deposit, a cat would be welcome and a small dog considered.
Renter would have full access to the on site pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry room, and study area. The apartment is located minutes away from UC Davis campus on two Unitrans bus lines and the 42 Yolobus line. We are right across the street from a Nugget Market in a very quiet neighborhood.
The room can come partially furnished with a full sized bed, desk, lighting, and bookshelf, if so desired.
