I am looking to sublet one bedroom out of a two bedroom one bath apartment at Cranbrook Apartment complex. It is a large (master) bedroom with an A/C unit, a vanity with sink in the bedroom and a LARGE walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared with a female roommate. Roommate is quiet and in grad school she will be working over the summer.
The complex is quiet and has a nice pool and workout room. It is right on the E busline and within walking distance of Nugget Market.
Prefer to sublet to a female student, non-smoker.
Rent is $490 a month (utilites are split with the roommate they will be about $50).
Move-in date can be as early as May 21st. Lease ends August 30th.
