I'm leaving my room in Davis for the summer. I will be living in another city. The room is available June 15th-September 15th (or until right before Fall Quarter at UC Davis begins...September 27th?). If you decide to stay for a few more days in between September 15th and September 27th - I will not charge you extra.
The room is very clean, has lots of light, a decent closet. I'm leaving all my furniture for your use. If you dont want the furniture - we can talk about that too. So far the room has 1 queen bed, a book shelf, a night stand, and another shelf. There is still room for more furniture if you want to bring like a computer table or something... I usually just do my homework on the bed. There is a free laundry room for you to use ANYTIME! There is also a nice back yard.
You will be responsible for paying your share of electricity. There will be 1 or 2 more people living in the house over the summer (very nice people :) ) so you guys can split the electricity bill. If you want to use the internet/cable (we have Comcast) - you're will have to chip in too. usually i end up paying about 16-20$ a month for my portion of the bill for cable/high speed internet.
The room is at 1630 Holly lane, it's the street parallel to Anderson. It's about a 5 minute bus or bike ride to campus. Less than a mile to walk. So it's very convenient for people who plan to be on campus a lot.
