You would share the apartment (and bathroom) with one other girl. The bathroom has two sinks and the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. There is also a large closet in the hallway for miscellaneous items.
The room is available IMMEDIATELY until the end of the lease term (end of August, approx.)
I will prorate the rent for May, if you choose to move in immediately. Rent is negotiable if you contact me ASAP.
The room is furnished with a brand new bed, desk, dresser and bookshelf, as well as a large closet. I can try and have the room emptied if necessary, or if you want to share/split the rent. Note: all the decorations, etc. from the pictures have been removed. Its virtually empty, except for furniture. The apartment has a full kitchen, bathroom, large living and dining room. There is PLENTY of parking in the apartment lot. The apartment complex is conveniently located: it is walking distance from Safeway and Save Mart, has quick access to the B, G, and J bus lines, and is a 10 minute bike ride to campus.
