Hi I have a two bedroom apartment and am looking for someone to sublet one room starting in June (can be flexible about move in dates though). The rent is $525 per room and includes Internet, washer/dryer (right next door) and a parking space garbage and water are also included. The apartment is conveniently located two blocks from downtown Davis close to bars and restaurants and is a five minute bike ride to campus. Also the living room and bedrooms are spacious I can fit a queen bed, a dresser and a chez lounge in my room with plenty of walking space. There is plenty of storage space, and a balcony. Sorry but no pets.
Included are some pics (I understand that blue isn't everyone's favorite color and would be more than happy to paint over any walls:) The outside picture is a partial view from the balcony. There is also the possibility to renew the lease for the following 2008-09 year starting in September, though rent will be raised to $550 per room.
