I am a student at UC Davis and am subleasing my room for the summer because I am going home to the bay area. If anyone needs a place to stay anytime between mid June through mid September, let me know!
The room is huge, 13x12 square feet, not including one large walk in closet and another normal sized closet which will both be yours. The bedroom is directly connected with one of the two bathrooms in the apartment which you will have to yourself or share with one other person.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 people living there currently. There is a huge pool and hot tub right outside, which you can see from the living room. The complex also has it's own gym and sauna. I'll attach pictures, but if you have any questions, let me know!
Right now I pay $600 /month for this room, but I should be paying more (and will be next year).
