I am subleasing my furnished one-bedroom apartment for the duration of my lease, starting July 1st until the move-out date of August 22nd. Rent for July is $850 and for August will be a prorated rate of about $620. Deposit already paid. Living room furniture inclues a couch, small table, small TV, dining table and chairs. Bedroom has a bed, a desk, some shelves, and a small bedside table. Kitchen comes with dishes and appliances which the subleasee is welcome to use for the duration of the sublease. Apartment complex has FREE CABLE AND INTERNET, both of which are very reliable. Apartment is located within walking distance to the Davis Food Co Op and downtown.
