I have a room available for summer sublet beginning in June. The room is in a 4bd/2bth townhouse in south Davis. Close to campus (a 10 min bike ride or a 7 min bus ride on the M and W lines), also close to Safeway, rite-aid, office max, and restaurants. The apartment is 2 stories, the room available is upstairs, and you would have your own room and share a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, a large family room, kitchen and balcony. It's a large room with lots of storage space. There is a pool, spa, and gym in the complex.
Garbage and water are paid for by the owner. Roommates split comcast cable and internet (about $35 a month)
