I am a student at UC Davis and will not be taking any summer courses in 2008. As a result, my room in a North Davis condo will be unoccupied, and I need someone to fill in for me. I will be moving out on June 12th, so you will be able to move in anytime after that. In addition, I will pay for the entire month of June's rent. You will pay for July, August, and a apart of September if you wish to stay for that long.
The $400 monthly rent is less than the original amount I have to pay monthly. It is a great deal! This apartment is located conveniently close to the Marketplaces, and is right along the Greenbelt. It is a quiet area since it is more in a residential location.
