I am leaving for the summer and looking for someone to sublease my room.
You would be sharing with my fabulous roommate. She's really easy to get along with, tidy, friendly and will be busy so if you don't like her; she probably won't be around very much! haha.
The house is located a few blocks from Safeway, Rite Aid, Dos Coyotes, etc.
The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath. I believe that 2 of the roommates will be around.
June rent WILL be paid for. So you would just pay July and August rent; along with PG&E and AT&T, split with the others.
House Includes; fridge, washer, dryer, large common area and nice backyard.
Room will include; LOTS closet space, futon and a mattress if needed.
